1. What is the Rewards Program?

Our Rewards Program allows you to earn points for your purchases and interactions with our brand. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.


2. How do I join the Rewards Program?

Just create an account on our website. All registered customers are automatically enrolled.


3. How do I earn points?

You can earn points through the following actions:

Point Earning Structure

  • Place an order: 10 points for every $1 spent (before taxes, shipping, and discounts).

4. How are points calculated on my purchase?

Points are awarded based on the subtotal amount, excluding:

  • Taxes
  • Shipping
  • Discounts or promo codes

If your order is canceled or refunded, the points earned from that order will be automatically removed from your account.


5. How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem points directly from the Rewards popup on our website.

Ways to Redeem

  • 100 points = $1 USD discount
  • Minimum required to redeem: 25,000 points
  • Points can be redeemed for one-time purchases only
  • Redeemed rewards will generate a unique discount code you can apply at checkout

6. Can I combine a rewards code with other discount codes?

Typically, no.
Our system only allows one discount code per order, which includes reward redemption codes.


7. Do my points expire?

Yes. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity (no earning or redeeming of points).


8. What happens if I return an item?

If you return or cancel an order:

  • The points earned from that order will be deducted
  • Reward codes redeemed for that order cannot be reissued
  • Expired or used rewards cannot be restored

9. Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No. Points are non-transferable.


10. Do I need to be logged in to earn points?

Yes. If you are not logged in when placing your order or performing an action, points cannot be added later.


11. How do referrals work?

If the referral program is active, you will receive a personal link to share with friends.
Once your friend follows the requirements shown in the Rewards popup, both of you receive your reward automatically.


12. Are there restrictions when redeeming points?

Yes:

  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Rewards cannot be used on previous orders
  • Rewards apply only to one-time purchases
  • Minimum points required is 25,000
  • Discounts generated by points cannot be stacked with other promo codes

13. Can the Rewards Program change?

Yes. We may update or modify the program at any moment, including point values or redemption rules.
