RETURN POLICY
GENERAL INFORMATION
Our return policy is subject to authorization, you must report it in less than 10 calendar days. If 10 calendar days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer the return option.
To apply for a return you must send an email to: support@boxingcollector.com indicating the order number, the name of the person who registered it, the reason for the return and attaching photos of the condition of the item. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Please do not send your return purchase until you receive information from us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next step, contact your bank. It often takes a while before your refund is applied to your balance.

SHIPPING RETUNRS COST
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For returns in Mexico
- $400.00 MXN approximately
For International returns:
- $45 USD approximately for USA
- $60 USD approximately for other countries
EXCHANGES POLICY
GENERAL INFORMATION
We can offer you the exchange option for items that are defective, damaged, item did not fit you, etc.
If you need to request an exchange, you must send an email to: support@boxingcollector.com indicating the order number, the name of the person who registered it, the reason of the request and photos of the defective or damaged item.
These types of requests are subject to our authorization, you must report it within a period of less than 10 calendar days. After this time, we will not be able to offer you the exchange option.
SHIPPING EXCHANGE COST
If the reason of the exchange is for defective or damaged, we will assume the shipping cost for the return item and the shipping cost for the new item.
If the reason of the exchange is for other reasons you must assume the shipping cost for the return and the shipping cost for the new item.
For exchanges in Mexico
- $400.00 MXN approximately
For International exchanges:
- $70 USD approximately for USA
- $100 USD approximately for other countries
