Yes. Available items in the gallery may only be available once and may not be listed again in the site.As this is custom made equipment, along time different colors and style of gloves may pass only once through our site.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We do international shipping, normally using DHL Express, FedEx or UPS.

We aren't responsible for any customs restrictions, import duties, taxes and additional charges that exists in your country, however, we have delivered in more than 15 countries worldwide yet without any issue.

Cannot be shipped to P.O. Box address.

We ship to all countries, but we do not refund or replace any lost or returned orders due to your country customs restrictions. It is on the buyer's side to be aware on his country requirements and procedures for international orders.

For orders from Mexico

For International orders above USD$ 149 the shipping
costs are as following:

  • $10 - $30 to North America
  • $25 to Europe
  • $30 - $60 to other countries.

For International orders under USD$ 149, the shipping
costs are as following:

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIME?

Orders placed on business days (monday through friday) before 9:00 am MX time will ship the same day.

Orders placed after 9:00 am MX time will ship the next business day.

The delivery time may vary depending on what you choose at the end of your order, for deliveries in Mexico national territory it can be approximately 2 to 4 business days, for other countries if you choose the standard shipping it can be approximately 4 to 10 business days, if you choose expedited express shipping it can be approximately 2 to 4 business days.

Consider that, in holiday periods and promotion seasons, delivery times may vary. In extended areas, the delivery time is longer depending on the parcel.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Given that most of the listed boxing equipment is hand-made by craftsmanship, variations in the weight, stitches, colors could exist.

1. What is the Rewards Program?


Our Rewards Program lets you earn points for shopping, following our brand, engaging with our content, and more. You can redeem these points for discounts and exclusive rewards on future purchases.

2. How do I join the Rewards Program?


Simply create an account on our website. All customers with an active account are automatically enrolled.

3. How do I earn points?

You can earn points through the following actions:

  • Place an order: 10 points for every $1 spent (before taxes, shipping, and discounts).

Additional actions (if enabled on your store):

  • Celebrating your birthday

  • Referring a friend

4. How are points calculated for purchases?


Points are awarded based on the subtotal before taxes, shipping, and discounts.

If an order is later refunded or canceled, any earned points will be removed.

5. How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem points directly from the Rewards popup on our website.

Ways to Redeem


  • 100 points = $1 USD discount

  • Minimum required to redeem: 25,000 points

  • Points can be redeemed for one-time purchases only

  • Redeemed rewards will generate a unique discount code you can apply at checkout
6. Can rewards be combined with other promotions or discount codes?


In most cases, no. Reward coupons count as a discount code, and most discount systems only allow one code per order. Please check the checkout page for compatibility.

7. Do my points expire?

Yes. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. “Inactivity” means no points earned and no points redeemed within that period.

8. What happens if I return or cancel an order?

If you return an order, the points you originally earned will be removed.


If you used points to redeem a reward for that order, the reward will not be reissued.


Smile.io does not re-credit expired or used rewards.

9. Can I transfer points to another account?


No. Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

10. I forgot to log in. Can I claim points later?


Unfortunately, points can only be awarded when you are logged in at the time the action is completed. Retroactive point adjustments are not supported.

11. How does the referral program work?

If active, you will receive a unique referral link to share with friends.

Your friend must:


  1. Use your referral link

  2. Complete the requirements shown in the Rewards section

    Once they do, both of you receive your referral reward.
12. Are there any restrictions on using Rewards?

Yes:


  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Rewards cannot be used on previous orders

  • Rewards apply only to one-time purchases

  • Minimum points required is 25,000

  • Discounts generated by points cannot be stacked with other promo codes
13. Can the Rewards Program change?


Yes. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the Rewards Program at any time without notice. This includes point values, earning methods, and redemption options.
