Boxeo hands mold is normally the tightest within other Mexican brands. A Medium hand size would fit tight correctly under a 14 - 16 oz gloves. If you are a Big hands size expect your hands would feel very compact and few space left for big handwraps or knuckle protection.
Perfect for bag and pad works training, and also sparring. For sparring, it would just depend on what’s your sparring partner gloves using, as this brand gloves could be a bit more stiff than other brands. In Mexico sparring partners normally uses stiff gloves, which you would also may want to use similar, and not the common commercial Ringside, Everlast -or others- that are much more softer for hitting.
